Monitoring starts once your payment receipt is uploaded and is confirmed when EasyTools verifies the payment.
Paused websites count toward your allowance. If your subscription ends, monitoring is put on hold. Your websites and history are kept, and monitoring resumes when you renew.

Questions, answered.
How fast will I be alerted?
Websites are checked about every 5 minutes, and a DOWN alert is sent after 2 failed checks in a row. You will usually hear from us within about 5–10 minutes. Alerts are not instant.
Will it fix my website when it goes down?
No. The monitor detects problems and tells you about them; it does not repair your website or keep it online. For repairs, see Website Repair & Recovery.
My website opens fine but shows Down. Why?
A firewall, Cloudflare challenge or geo rule may block our server. Your report shows the HTTP code. Allow the EasyTools-Uptime-Monitor user agent.
How much does it cost?
One plan: RM9.90 per year for 1 website, paid through EasyTools Wallet. There is no free plan and nothing to download.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Website Uptime Monitor is a hosted service: our server checks your websites. You manage everything from your member dashboard.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Your websites and history are kept and monitoring is put on hold. It resumes automatically when you renew.
Can I pay now and use it immediately?
Not yet. Subscriptions are currently closed while we finish verification. You can preview the demo and documentation, but checkout is not available.
