Unless a different licence is stated, original EasyTools.my website copy, graphics, brand assets, documentation, interface designs and proprietary software materials are owned by EasyTools.my or used with permission. These materials are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
Software licences are separate
Software distributed through EasyTools may include open-source, GPL or third-party components. Those components remain governed by their own licence terms. Purchasing or downloading an EasyTools product does not transfer ownership of the EasyTools brand, original commercial artwork, documentation or other proprietary materials.
Permitted use
Customers
You may use purchased or downloaded EasyTools products according to the licence or product terms supplied with that product.
Website visitors
You may view, print or save reasonable portions of public documentation for your own legitimate use.
Not permitted without authorization
- Republishing substantial EasyTools website content as your own.
- Removing or altering EasyTools copyright, licence or attribution notices where they are required.
- Using EasyTools logos or brand assets in a way that suggests false affiliation or endorsement.
- Redistributing proprietary commercial files, paid downloads or licence keys outside the rights granted with the product.
Third-party materials
Product names, trademarks, libraries and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms. Their inclusion in an EasyTools product does not change the rights granted by the original owner or licence.
