1. Acceptance

By accessing or using easytools.my and/or freetoolsdownload.com (the “Site”) and any related products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at open a support ticket if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase paid products.

3. Purchases & Payment

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Payment is processed via our third-party payment providers (Stripe, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, and any other stated method). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

License purchases are delivered digitally and are covered by our refund policy (see Section 6).

4. License to Use Software Products

All software products sold on this Site are governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In case of conflict, the EULA controls with respect to Software use.

5. Free Tools & Free Downloads

Certain tools and downloads are offered at no charge. Free products are provided “as is”, may be discontinued at any time, and are subject to the same intellectual-property restrictions as paid products — in particular, they may not be republished, mirrored, or redistributed without permission.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new digital purchases. Refund requests should be submitted to open a support ticket with your order number. Refunds are not available for:

Renewals of previously-refunded licenses;
One-time services already rendered (custom migration, setup, done-for-you configuration);
Purchases where the license has been used on production sites and is being requested purely to obtain the software without payment.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site or products in violation of any law or regulation;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other user accounts, or backend systems;
Upload or transmit malware, phishing content, or spam using our tools;
Scrape, mirror, or automate the Site beyond publicly published API rate limits;
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share paid products in violation of the EULA;
Use the Site to host or distribute infringing content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and software on the Site is protected by copyright and other IP laws. See our Copyright Notice for details. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to third-party websites (payment processors, hosting providers, WordPress.org). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or that any migration, backup, or QR-generation operation will complete without data loss. Users are strongly encouraged to maintain independent backups before any migration or restore operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the Site or products is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EasyTools, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or license at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, EULA violation, chargeback fraud, license-sharing, or any activity we determine to be harmful to other users or our business.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a Site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
