Practical WordPress security checks in one dashboard.
The first release focuses on visibility, review and safe recovery instead of aggressive automatic deletion.
Malware Scan
Chunked file scanning checks for high-confidence malware indicators, backdoors, web shells, encoded payloads and suspicious injections.
Core Integrity Check
Verifies installed WordPress core files against official WordPress checksum data and reports missing or modified core files.
Database Scan
Inspects WordPress database content for suspicious scripts, hidden iframes and executable PHP-like payloads.
Quarantine & Restore
Move eligible file findings into protected quarantine only after review, with a restore action available when needed.
Email Alerts
Optional alerts can notify the configured administrator email when scheduled security scans identify findings.
Scheduled Scans
Optional daily scanning runs through WordPress scheduling while background continuation helps larger scans complete in chunks.
Scan, review, quarantine, restore.
You stay in control of the security workflow from start to finish.
Start a scan
EasyTools checks WordPress core integrity, site files, database content and selected security settings.
Review findings
Findings include severity and context so you can inspect suspicious items before taking action.
Quarantine safely
Only eligible file or malware findings can be moved into protected quarantine. Database and integrity warnings are not treated as files.
Restore when needed
Quarantined files can be restored to their original location when you determine they are safe or required.
Review first. Never auto-delete.
Security scanners can produce false positives. EasyTools Antivirus separates stronger malware indicators from lower-confidence suspicious patterns and leaves the final action with the administrator.
Built for modern WordPress websites.
Before you install.
Is EasyTools Antivirus free?
Yes. EasyTools Antivirus & Security is available as a free WordPress plugin. The current public build is v1.0.0-beta.2.
Does it automatically delete infected files?
No. EasyTools Antivirus does not automatically delete detected files. Eligible file findings can be quarantined only after an administrator chooses that action.
Can a quarantined file be restored?
Yes. Protected quarantine includes a restore action so an administrator can return the file to its original location when appropriate.
Does a clean scan guarantee that my website is safe?
No security scanner can guarantee that a website is uncompromised. A clean scan means the current checks did not identify a matching issue; ongoing updates, backups and security practices are still important.
Where do I manage Antivirus after installation?
The security dashboard is managed inside WordPress Admin. This public page provides product information, documentation and the free plugin download.
Protect your WordPress site with a safer review-first workflow.
