Is EasyTools Antivirus free?
Yes. The Free plan includes manual Quick and Full scans, malware checks, core integrity, database checks, quarantine and restore. Premium is optional at RM29/year for one website and adds Deep Scan, scheduled scans, alerts, package integrity, repair and reports.
Does it automatically delete infected files?
No. EasyTools Antivirus does not automatically delete detected files. Eligible file findings can be quarantined only after an administrator chooses that action.
Can a quarantined file be restored?
Yes. Protected quarantine includes a restore action so an administrator can return the file to its original location when appropriate.
Does a clean scan guarantee that my website is safe?
No security scanner can guarantee that a website is uncompromised. A clean scan means the current checks did not identify a matching issue; ongoing updates, backups and security practices are still important.
Where do I activate Premium?
Install the same EasyTools Antivirus plugin, then open EasyTools Security in WordPress Admin and paste the licence key issued after purchase. The licence is for one active website.
Where do I manage Antivirus after installation?
The security dashboard is managed inside WordPress Admin. This public page provides product information, Free download, Premium purchase and documentation.
What is the difference between Quarantine and Repair?
Quarantine isolates a selected suspicious file after review, keeping a protected copy for possible restoration. Repair replaces eligible files using a verified trusted source where available. Always back up first and inspect the evidence.
What do High Risk and Needs Investigation mean?
High Risk highlights stronger warning indicators but is not proof of infection. Needs Investigation means the file or database record requires human review. Do not remove or ignore items based on a label alone.
Can I block IP addresses or whole countries?
Free includes Firewall and manual IP/CIDR Blocking. Premium adds Country Blocking when a trusted country-detection source is configured. Verify your own administrator access before enabling broad rules.
What if my WordPress website is already hacked?
